United Friendship Club

A large number of United Friendship Club members attended the Ash Wednesday Community Lenten Service held at First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, February 22^nd.  We enjoyed a delicious lunch following the service.

The next meeting of the Friendship Club will be a covered dish lunch on  Wednesday, March 28^th at noon in the fellowship hall.  Nancy Robbins is in charge of devotions and the food and decorating committee includes: J.W. and Betty Bates, Camille Morgan, Butch Bouchard, and Janie Lohr.

Roy and Charlotte Smith will bring us a message in song.  Roy is a retired Baptist preacher who served Jersey Baptist Church in the 50’s.  Many of you remember Charlotte (Cook) as secretary to Joe Leonard and Jim Snider.  Come enjoy their musical talents.
