Children’s Church met on March 25 to continue their study of who Jesus is. They learned that Jesus said He was the vine that supports us and helps us to grow strong and healthy in our Christian faith. We are the branches that bear fruit in our lives such as helping others, doing good deeds, and praising God. We talked about the gardener pruning the bad branches from the vine and that Jesus will help us to get rid of the sinful parts of our lives if we will ask for His help. The children made grapes to glue on a grapevine and played a grapevine game to review what they have learned in Kids’ Club and Children’s Church this year.
The next Children’s Church will be April 29 when the children will learn about Jesus asking His disciples who they think He is
All children in Roads to God are invited to Kids’ Club and Children’s Church. The children leave the sanctuary after the Children’s Moment on designated Sundays. Watch the newsletter, bulletin board, and church website for exact dates each month. We hope to see all of the children for each club meeting.
